- OHS Coronavirus Prevention and Responses: OHS will not be funding summer programming separately from the formula funding, and all of the $750 million that is appropriated to fund Head Start programs is being reallocated to be distributed to grantees through the formula method. (Other information relates to Fiscal Flexibilities during COVID-19). Please check in with your Program Specialist for Head Start program questions.
