- FHSA would like to give a huge shout of to FHSA Board of Director, Brigette Davis, Head Start/Early Head Start Associate Director, Children First; and FHSA members Latrica Ameenah Gillis, Early Learning Specialist, Episcopal Children’s Services; Xiaomin Liu Riddle, Head Start Teacher Tri-County Head Start -Westville Center, and Kathy Vega, Associate Executive Director, RCMA for being selected by the Children's Forum for its inaugural class of the Early Childhood Policy WORKS Advocacy Fellowship (ECPWAF). This new initiative aims to help early learning advocates learn how the system works and the best ways to engage in the legislative process and overcome the challenges and barriers facing advocacy and engagement.
