3. iLookout for Child Abuse: A Mandated Reporter Training for Head Start Staff, Everyone who works in a Head Start or child-care program is a mandated reporter. Staff are required by law to report known or suspected cases of child abuse or neglect to their local child protective services agency, ECLKC, updated January 28, 2022
