- NSHA is excited to launch the Executive Leadership Credential in January 2025, designed for experienced Head Start and Early Start directors. This program offers 40 hours of professional development through live online sessions and in-person events at NHSA's Winter Leadership Institute and Summer Summit. - The Administration for Children and Families and the Office of Head Start have released a new Information Memorandum, ACF-OHS-IM-12-04, which supersedes ACF-IM-HS-17-01. This memorandum is based on the revised Head Start Program Performance Standards and aims to help recipients understand the application and funding process for facilities activities in the Head Start program.
