This will help families in selecting the most suitable early learning and education options for their children. - Meeting 1303 Subpart F—Transportation requirements can feel daunting. The Iowa and FHSA are partnering to bring you and your Head Start peers together for a training on September 12 to support transportation management and learn how to confidently meet the requirements in 1303 Subpart F to provide safe transportation to your students while meeting HSPPS.
