  2. As you begin a new program year, it's vital to revisit your federal requirements and program policies regarding attendance. Share this brief video for both new and returning staff and visit this page and utilize the PDF to steer the continuous monitoring of child attendance.
Remember, your role in fostering solid relationships with families and creating a welcoming environment is crucial. Your efforts directly encourage child attendance and are integral to your program's success.

  3.  Building a Culture of Safety Webinar and Office Hour Series. Join the Office of Head Start and the National Center on Health, Behavioral Health, and Safety for the first webinar in the series. You will learn about the 4 Steps to Healthy and Safe Learning Environments on August 28 @ 2:00 p.m. ET, knowledge that you can immediately apply in your role. The following day, August 29 @ 2:00 p.m. ET, experts will be on hand to answer your questions on promoting positive learning experiences for Head Start children and prevent incidents that can jeopardize their safety and well-being.

Please visit our  WYNTK resource webpage, for archived WYNTK and FHSA events for more information. If there is something else you need guidance on, let us know - we are happy to connect with you and learn how FHSA can serve you better.
